Catering Manager

Brian Storrs has a degree in Culinary Arts and is utilizing that expertise to provide beautiful and delicious catering dishes for all of your event needs!

FOH General Manager

Regina is a passionate ethical vegan that started at the Cafe in 2015 as a server, and took over managing the Front of House after only a year of being with us. She now oversee's FOH operations between both the Cafe and our sister location, the Bakehouse. You may see her building food on the line, making coffee at the Bakehouse, working on her computer, or taking photos of the beautiful food for our social media pages!

FOH Manager

Ashlee joined the team in 2019 as Asst. FOH Manager, and quickly moved into a full time Manager role. With a passion for the environment and protecting Mother Earth she has found a home in our vegan restaurant. She excels at maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and keeps us on our toe's with her hilarious antics!

Kitchen Manager

Evan joined our team in 2015 and very quickly was running circles around everyone in the kitchen! As a vegan for many years he has incredible insight into both the challenges, and exciting opportunities presented by vegan food. With an explosive laughter that can be heard throughout the restaurant, he manages the many high stress demands of the kitchen with assuredness, and passion.
