  • How do I place an order?
    Ordering is available starting on Saturdays at 3pm, through 11am the following Friday. To order, go to the "Heat & Eat Order" page and add your faves to your cart. Once you've chosen everything you'd like, simply go to your cart, choose delivery on Sunday or pick-up on Monday, and submit your order!
  • When is ordering available?
    We launch each weeks menu on Saturday, and orders will close the following Friday at 11am for deliveries that coming Sunday, and pickups that coming Monday.
  • What is the deadline for placing an order?
    Orders close at 11am on Fridays. We will re-open orders with new rotating specials the next day, Saturday, and you will have a week to order.
  • Can I place an order at the restaurant?
    No, all orders must be placed through our Heat & Eat Ordering Page.
  • Are you offering food that you serve in the restaurant or is it all new options?
    We are offering both! We will have many of your Sunflower faves available, as well as delicious new entrees in rotation each week!
  • What kind of packaging do you use?
    We use a brand of container called EarthChoice. It is an "eco" option that will safely store food for up to a week without leakage. The containers are 50% recycled plastic and the remaining percentage is plant-based starches and fibers. They are dishwasher safe and can be re-used for storage as needed. They are microwave safe, but not oven-safe. Many of our meals are easily heated on the stovetop if you do not have a microwave, however we only provide heating instructions for microwaves. While we do currently use the best "Eco" option for long term storage, we are always on the lookout for better packaging options, as we want to do our part in the stewardship of our Earth
  • Where do you deliver?
    We offer a delivery radius of 10 miles around the Cafe (2834 Azalea Place). The cost for delivery is a flat fee of $6.99.
  • Where and when do I pickup my order?
    Pickups are available Monday at the Cafe (2834 Azalea Place) between 11am and 7pm. You will be prompted to choose your preferred pickup time on Monday at checkout!
  • How long will my meal be good for?
    Your meal will be good for up to a week, as long as it is stored cold in a refrigerator!
  • Can I freeze my meals?
    We do not recommend freezing your Heat & Eat meals.
  • Do I have to cook the meals?
    All the meals will be fully cooked, then packaged and cooled. Easy to follow heating instructions will be provided so you can warm up the meal at your leisure.
  • Is all the food vegan?
    Yes! All of our offerings will always be 100% vegan! If you have any allergies, or critical dietary restrictions please let us know so we can guide you through the Heat & Eat options.
